this 328 class is historically fucked up - either law or orejel used to teach it, and when they left the department dragged new, unseasoned people in to replace them, with the results you see. I agree with most of your rant, but before you completely emasculate dvw, remember he's got quite a load on his shoulders. i think next class he teaches will be quite a bit different, since he seems to learn from his mistakes.
