Well, since his foo class looks predefined and there r
no instructions on creating a new one, use foo as is.
I understand as much as what the instruction.txt
says under:

so guess turn in foohandler.cpp that implements/includes
abstract_foohandler.h
******although under:
http://www.cs.utexas.edu/users/dvw/TOOLS/
there is also a foohandler.h that calls
abstract_foohandler.h
so I guess I'm confused myself. So if anyone can clarify
what files to turn in, I too will appreciate it.
BUT it looks as tho he says to turn in all files necessary...
