technically we have 2 items, the foo orders, which are just slips of paper, ie cheap, and these big foo cakes.

you want to store the cakes and slips of paper separately. so like you can porbably store like a 1000 little slips of paper in like one of those organized folder envelope thingys, and you porbably want to put the cake on the shelf next to one another. underneath the shelf that stores the cakes, you can have another shelf. approximately underneath each type of cake, on the shelf underneath the shelf with the cakes, you can have a slip of paper, or a clock, or whatever to keep track of when this cake was served last.

so in order for me to run my little cake business, i need a big envelope to store all the orders, and 2 shelves, one to store the cakes, and one to have a little clock underneath each cake to tell me when it was used last.
