that number is a magic mystery number. it might be prime numbers or a fibbonacci number(example). some certain numbers fall into these groups, so when a foo is called with the right number, then it will be created. if it is not one of the particular numbers, then it will return an error. kinda like asking to do a square root on 3 -> error, square root of 4, success
